1. Products & Services

 

All artwork listed on this website is either original, handmade, or made-to-order. Due to the nature of textured and sculptural art, slight variations, imperfections, or differences in lighting may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the authentic, handmade nature of each piece.

2. Commissions & Custom Work

 

When requesting a custom commission:

    •    A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) may be required to begin.

    •    The timeline will be discussed and agreed upon before starting.

    •    Once completed and approved, the balance must be paid in full before shipping.

 

Cancellations after work has begun are subject to partial charges based on time and materials.

3. Payment

 

Payments are processed securely via [Wix/PayPal/Stripe, etc.]. Prices are listed in USD. Payment must be made in full before any artwork is shipped.

4. Shipping

 

Please refer to the Shipping Policy for full details. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Lost or damaged packages will be handled case by case.

5. Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the handmade and custom nature of my work, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, in which case please contact me within 48 hours with photos and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
