At Liora Atelier, each piece is created with care, intention, and craftsmanship. Because of the handmade and often custom nature of my work, returns are limited. However, I am committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase and will do my best to address any concerns.

Original & Handmade Art
All sales of original artwork are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not offered once an order is completed and shipped.

Custom Commissions
Commissioned artwork is non-refundable. Once we have agreed on the concept and I begin work, your deposit secures both the time and materials for your piece.
If you change your mind after work has started, the deposit will not be refunded, and you may be responsible for additional costs based on progress already made.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Email [your email address] with the following:
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
• Your order number and name
I will review the situation and work with you to resolve it. In some cases, a partial refund or replacement may be offered.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped or begun (for commissions). After this window, all sales are final.
